Waiting eagerly for their location to open my area, In the meantime, first time trying their food and we were delighted. I am not a fan of anything chicken but their classic Nancy was delicious. Specially liked their pricing and portion size. My family really enjoyed their food. Now we are fans.
My family and I had lunch here, and we were pleasantly surprised. The place wasn’t crowded, but it had a clean, welcoming atmosphere with a nice design. The menu is simple and offers 12 different salad flavors that you can build into a sandwich. They also have a few soups, cake, and cookies available. There is an option to grab ready-made salads from the fridge near the register for a quick, healthy option on the go. The staff was very helpful and offered great advice on menu choices. Just wish they will change these disgusting awful plastic cups for drinks.
If you enjoy trying out different kinds of chicken salad, I would highly recommend going here. The staff were friendly and patient. My first time but my friend loves them. The broccoli cheddar soup was okay, the bread could have been warmer because I did get it toasted. The chicken salad was good. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It was pretty chilly inside that day so we chose to sit outside. Not a fan of the cookie, very sweet.
Well this place was great!!!!! I'm from out of town and the girl that I was with suggested we come here to the chicken salad chick..... And she was absolutely right it was delicious... The broccoli salad was terrific.... I had some garlic chicken salad on a croissant..... It was the most fabulous chicken salad I've ever had.. The girl at the counter was so nice she helped us pick out what we wanted. She was friendly and helpful.... Then we went and sat down at a booth...... Our food came out super quick and the waitress who delivered our food was so sweet............. When I come back to Jacksonville I'm definitely coming to this place

Absolutely delicious! We ordered the Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad... one as a sandwich and one as a scoop. They were very good. The Mac and Cheese was good, and the little cookie that came with it was good. I would easily recommend this place as a semi quick (not fast food fast, but still the food came out pretty quick) and wonderful restaurant. My wife and I will also definitely be coming back!
